I agree. Six hours is too long to expect a puppy to stay clean & dry. They just can't do it! In fact, 2 hours is pushing it for one that young.

Redhoney, it will most likely take w-e-e-k-s to potty train him. You're going to have to be patient! The most important thing is to praise him lavishly when he does get it right. I always gave a small piece of "people food" as a reward when Joey went where he was supporsed to. What you don't want to do is get mad and yell at him. That only encourages him to hide when he has to go.
