rofl what a sad bunch of souls we are when pennys actually big enough to fit into atleast a kitten collar i'll NEVER throw it away i still have my other dogs baby collar my sister put around her when they picked her as a christmas gift for me at 2 weeks old it says " sister " on it and shes 3 now!
