All the dogs I've ever known in my life do this after a bath! I call it the "zoomies!" Jackson does this too where he runs back and forth around the house and starts rubbing himself against the floor, couches, everything!

Nipping is something I never had to really deal with too much thankfully but I know my dads dog was a bad puppy biter. Best thing to do is just turn your back and ignore, or make a loud "yelp!" like the mama dog would do to the pup. How old is your pup? Sometimes dogs taken away too soon from their mother don't learn bite inhibition.
