I have a budget that I have been given by my boyfriend who is purchasing the dog for me as a gift. Other than the purchase of the puppy there are still other things that need to be purchased in order to make our new puppy happy and comfortable. And price negotiation I think is reasonable if the puppy is getting a loving home dont cha' think? |
