Wow, I think that is way too young for the rabies, my vet suggest to give them 1/4 teaspoon of benadryl to prevent a bad reaction to the vaccines my dogs have done great since they get the benadryl after their vaccines. My pups start their vaccines at 9 weeks old and don't finish the core until 16 weeks old and then rabies at 6 or 7 months. Rabies is a VERY strong vaccine to give to such a young puppy.
