I have to agree also...I had a similar problem with my girl and decided for HER sake to go ahead and have her shaved. It's been almost 6 months now and her coat is beautiful, IMO. Grooming is much more enjoyable for the both of us now too. I know it's tough, but it would probably be best for him. Here's a pic of my baby girl right after she was shaved....to say I was shocked would be an understatement....I won't lie, it was a whack job & she did look silly for a while, but well worth it in the end. You can see a recent photo of her in my avatar.
