You're right... you ordered on Sat Feb 13 and your bows were made quickly and shipped within only 2 business days on Tues Feb 16. The actual timeframe for orders promised to be shipped out is within 7 business days... so yours went out quickly!
Generally it takes from 4-10 business days to arrive, once they are shipped (
usually they arrive on the earlier side) See
SHIPPING INFO. So, since your package shipped on Feb 16, it is scheduled to arrive in the Feb 22-Mar 2 range... this means you're still on track.
While it may take a few extra days for BowBiz bows to arrive to the US from Canada, the turnaround is always quick - as my orders are usually out the door within days.
As a bonus, most times there's a little extra free surprise or two in your package which makes the extra couple of days worth the wait.
I just checked and see that your sweetie will be getting something extra that is cute, lavender and satin, plus a package of grooming bands ... I'm sure Roxie will be happy!
