Default puppy

I remember a thread where we warned you about this. We rescued Brandy at 5 weeks old. She was very frightened and sad. She cried day and night unless she was being held. She had to stay with my mom for a few weeks before coming to live with me, and she drove my mother nuts. At night she would put her in another room so they could try to sleep. Now she is 13 weeks old and she growls at me ALOT. But I understand why she is that way so I don't get mad at her. It's too late to change her. She was from a byb who didn't care about her dogs. I know you thought this would make her closer to you, but she might end up resenting you.
You have to see if from the dog's prespective. She is very young, has had very little human contact and she has been yanked away from everything she has ever known. She is crying for her mother and yorkies are more social than alot of other dogs. There is a special stuffed animal you can buy for her with her mother's heartbeat. She is also stressing your other dog out because he doesn't know what's wrong with her. You said that your male is 4 months old? Be VERY careful with him around her in a couple months. Bailey was already "humping" at only 5 months.
The stress she is putting on your family and your other dog is very rough. I agree that since you have had such a longstanding relationship with this lady and you got your other dog from her you shouldn't have a problem asking her for this small favor. If she is a good breeder she should want what's best for this little puppy. DO NOT resell her. Passing her from one family to another would be mentally horrible for such a scared young puppy.
Good luck. I know you didn't want to wait longer than 6 wks for the puppy. But it's like cooking, you have to wait until it's ready.
