I used it to help potty train my boy. He was a year old and wanted to mark even after his neuter. He doesn't wear them inside the house anymore. I still make him wear it when we go to other people's houses just in case. I don't want him to have any accidents. His old belly band was way to big and after a while he was able to wiggle out of it. Smarty.
