Rabies has to be given according to state law. If she doesn't have it and there is a problem, the sad truth is that she may be quarantined and possibly euthanized. It's just the reality of it. A vet can write you an exemption (not really done in CA often though I don't think), but if there is a problem, she is still subject to the things above.

The rabies one year and three year is the same. The important thing though is that it is given after the immune system is fully mature. One rabies vaccine before about six months likely does not protect for as long as is necessary. Also, since rabies is a killed vaccine, there are still big concerns with duration of immunity (hopefully Rabies Challenge Fund will change this). She does need it again...asap.

The DHPP does need to be given "at least" once after the immune system is fully mature. Since she only had puppy shots, she may not be protected. You can titer to see, but I'd still be doing them again. The schedule after this one year booster is up to the vet and owner, but some vets won't hospitalize without them. Whether they last for a lifetime or not, I can't say because even the experts seem to be in disagreement at times. This refers to modified live viruses though. Killed viruses (like rabies) are different. Recominant vaccines are also different.

Ellie had her last parvo shot at age five (in 2006) and her last distemper at age 6 (in 2007). With the exception of rabies, we may be done for good. However, not all vets will let owners go this way...

So, I would go get the rabies and then do it every three years after this.
I would also get the DHP (you can split them up if you want..I wouldn't), but make sure to separate it from the rabies by two to three weeks.
Lepto, lyme, and bordatella...depends on lifestyle. No for us.
i have to say i have been titering dd since she was 6 mos old and she is almost 6 and still has enough in her per her titers and jean dodds personally does our titers as she is near me so we drive to have her do them yearly so i have seen each year that she still has enough in her for parvo distemper and has not had a parvo or distemper vaccination since she was 6 mos old so she never got the one year booster now my other two have had the one year booster as they are healthy but dd had alot of problems from the time she was 6 mos she started itching and never stopped so we held off doing her one year booster for this reason and i learned about titers and found out jean was near us and each year i have her titered to be safe. This recent parvo scare with plumber is a true test as well
