Oh collar it seems like only yesterday we brought you home. You were a beautiful red with silver paw prints perfect for our new puppy. You waited patiently for him to arrive never questioning what was taking so long. When our puppy came home we clipped you around his neck, you were both so small and you complimented each other perfectly. You were always so patient with him, never getting angry or upset when our puppy tried to eat you and never getting dizzy when he ran zoomies. You were even patient when we brought another puppy home and she tried to eat you too, in fact you gave our puppy protection from the new addition by drawing her attention to you. You grew with each other and created a bond, he loved you and you loved him. You experienced your first snow day together and supported him at the vet never leaving his side. But alas dear collar your time has come to an end, our puppy continues to grow but you can not stretch any farther. Your days of merriment are at an end, but please don't be sad dearest collar we will always have our memories of you and you of us. We will always love you collar, thank you for all your hard work holding on to our puppy's id, rabies, and license for us so if he were to ever get lost you would tell some kind soul how to bring him home.
