Its a band that goes around the tummy of a male dog so when he lifts his leg it catches all the urine. It is wonderful if you have a stud dog as they like to mark! Many people use them since they keep their yorkies in their houses. They are a life SAVER!! Our boy always has his on, but you have to change it so they keep clean.
