I just saw that you are in Katy. There is a member here from Katy ... I will PM her about this thread. Perhaps she can make a suggestion. I did see that you want an affordable vet....not exactly sure what you mean by that. Vets are not cheap! And, if you are dealing with a liver shunt, there are going to be huge bills.
