Glad to know Sophie does well with them...I'll have to try the other Merrick treats as well. I think the mistake I made was not checking Maximo's beard before all of the bits dried and stuck like glue. We had to shampoo 3 times and we ended up cutting a piece out of his hair.

Good news! That is how I have been storing them. I was hoping they are safe because they appear to be excellent teeth cleaners. My boys may lose their beards, but they will have pearly white teeth.
