Two seems a little old to be eating non-food items. Try giving her some healthy snacks during the day and perhaps look into changing her food to see if that will do the trick. I agree with trying the chew toys such as bully sticks.

Not to scare you but that type of behavior can be associated with liver function issues as well - along with many other things, I'm sure.

I'd get her a good check-up including bloodwork.

Tell her she's not a puppy anymore!
