This is a good option too - Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens | I'd already ordered the one that Ann linked before I saw your post. It has excellent reviews so I hope it will be able to produce the effect I want. Thanks for letting me know about this lens - I'm thinking I may need to start my photography 'Wish List'.
