You're yorkie sounds like a little one. She is not however any type of dish, spoon, cup, etc

Yorkies are supposed to be under 7lbs(some get bigger) so... she is a yorkie.
The reason your breeder didn't confirm that she was a teacup was because that term is used mostly for marketing to the uneducated buyer, or to make a puppy seem more valuable.
As far as eating goes, I try to make sure my little one eats often, even if it is just a little bit at a time. And as long as she isn't loosing weight or doesn't seem skinny I wouldn't really worry. She will probably fill out over the next year, she may not get a whole lot bigger or she might surprise you

that is half the fun, you never really know for sure till they are done growing and changing what exactly you will get.
