Joey's ears didn't stand until he was 15 weeks old. The breeder had been taping them, you could tell they had just removed the tape when I got him, the next day they fell. I retaped them and took the tape off the 3rd day and they were standing, the next morning one was standing and one fell, that afternoon they both fell. I taped this poor puppies ears for 3 weeks... Only leaving them up for 3 days at a time. then would untape for at least 1.5 days to let them breath. Then I started having to run tape from one ear to the other to keep them standing, because they were getting bigger and heavier. My family started calling him blue, because all I had was the blue painters tape. The directions I used said you take a piece of the tape and cut it into a triangle that fits the inside of the ear. I used 3 layers to give it more support..After 3 weeks of doing this I gave up and decided to just accept Joey was going to be a flopear.... The next day those darn ears was standing straight up, they would fall when he would get tired but after a good nights rest they would be standing the next morning... Good Luck to you. And I also would give him a teaspoon of cottage cheese with his food. I have also read that you could give a teaspoon of plain yogurt.. You might want to check with your vet for their opinion on this...as I have been told dairy products are not good for the Yorkie breed...
