Have you checked out the YTCA.org breeder referral page.....or you can check the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Greater Los Angeles......reputable breeders there.
Not sure about the price. You live in Southern California.....Back Yard Breeders and Puppy Mills charge exhorbant prices for questional bred Yorkies.
