That is just unbelievable. Bad enough he did not tell people at first....but, then to ignore what happened is ridiculous.

I am sorry you and Maggie had to experience that.

There are good trainers out there......but, like anything else, you have to "kiss a lot of toads"...

Definitely ask a LOT of questions if you decide to try another place. I used to know a good trainer in this area, but he moved. I can ask some of my rescue pals if anyone knows of someone good in your area.
