This little guy has stayed on my mind, he truly lookes just like my Joey...Can you adopt out to another state? We are in southwest VA. I know VA will not adopt out of state. It would be a very very long drive but I am thinking it might be worth it...but would it even be possible. Joey is the one in my advitar...Sharon |
