Me too! When I take him out everyone asks if he's a puppy. I might go through with it just because all the little things my mom asks make her less scared of him. I let her pick out clothes, and if she comes home with a present, I promptly put it on him and that seems to help bond them. So I'm entertaining the idea of actually letting his hair grow. I just had the notion that cottony coats just don't grow for some reason, so I thought I'd ask!
