I don't blame you for being upset. I would for sure let the trainer know what happened and that you are upset and I would either have the owner of the dog or Petco pay for a vet exam on Maggie. that is not right to have little ones with big dogs. In our class the trainer broke it into 2 smaller classes and while I had the smallest dogs each time, I felt very safe as the instructor always watched out for my 2. She would keep us away from the bigger dogs...and when it was time for a meet and greet, she always took the bigger dogs and showed how she expected them to act and she used mine as examples. I think that this was her way controlling them. But when I say bigger dogs, I mean like a 20 lbs.
