should i let him sit?

a few min ago he was playing. he ran to his potty with his toy like it was the bed or something.

i am going shopping in like 15 min I have been up with him since 6. I wanted to bring him but he smells a lttle because of last night. so i am going to have to crate him. he is going to poop & pee in it again. i am going to be gone for about 6 hours. sould i just spray him up & bring him.?
