The pup will be coming the 16th of March so at this point there is nothing I can do. Its coming and thats final. Instead of everyone telling me to hold off now u know my siyuation and please just help me take care of this pup the best I can. You all sitting here saying its to young its to young is not educating me on how to take care of him. PLEASE I need advice otherwise you are right...it will die. | I'm sorry - I really try to be nice during these kinds of posts but I find yours to be very aggravating! If she booked her flight without your ok - then it's HER problem. I can't imagine ANYONE booking a flight to drop off a puppy without coordinating the information with the person they're dropping off the puppy to. What if you couldn't make it to the airport? What was she going to do then? Leave it there? March 16th is almost 3 weeks away. I'm pretty sure that the airline will let her change her date while it's within a 2 week period and with the same airline. If not - then that's really her problem for not checking with you first - so it's NOT like you're stuck with this puppy - IT'S NOT THERE YET!!! Not to mention that Ladysmom has advised you that it is ILLEGAL to transport a puppy that young. All of us would love to help you out on this but your attitude that we should be educating you is a little hard to swallow - especially since we have given you the information that you asked for and told you that you really need to READ up on the rest. We cannot do that for you!!! Someone will always be here to help but we can't possibly give you every bit of information that you'll need to know. Please take some responsibility for your actions. Seems like there are a lot of excuses going on here. I know you THINK that you're doing this puppy a favor but the biggest favor would be to put your foot down and tell this person that you will take the puppy when it is LEGALLY able to be delivered! This will give you a couple of weeks to do some reading and ask some more questions on getting a pet Yorkie.
