The breeder is BREAKING THE LAW and if she finds a way on the plane she is doing it by lying and therefore BREAKING ANOTHER LAW.
You are aware she is BREAKING THE LAW and are still going through with this, therefore you are helping her BREAK THE LAW.
This is not the way to start off with a new puppy... it should be a happy, exciting time when you get a new puppy... you shouldnt have to worry about coming home to find it dead.
You are getting the only kind of advice people here can give you.
If this breeder insists on BREAKING THE LAW and causing you unneeded heartache in the process... find another breeder... there are lots of yorkies out there, you could start out on a good note... this will be better for you and the baby in the long run!
