If I had read all your post before her booking her ticket to come I would of already told her to hold off a month more or not even come at all because all this seems way to much for me.

The pup will be coming the 16th of March so at this point there is nothing I can do. Its coming and thats final. Instead of everyone telling me to hold off now u know my siyuation and please just help me take care of this pup the best I can. You all sitting here saying its to young its to young is not educating me on how to take care of him. PLEASE I need advice otherwise you are right...it will die.
Please listen to what I have been trying to tell you. His breeder may have booked the flight, but his puppy will not be coming to you on March 16th. A vet will not issue a health certificate so that he can fly since he is underage. The airline will also not permit him on the plane. It is a violation of federal law to transport an animal under eight weeks old. Airlines face huge fines if they violate the USDA laws so they will not allow it. If your breeder tries to bring him in Florida illegally, she is violating their laws and will be charged with a misdemeanor.

You need to contact this breeder, let her know what you have found out, and go to Plan B.
