This could be allergies, which is complicated. One thing to start tracking is the pollens in your area (
www.pollen.com) to see if his symptoms are correlating w/ anything there. Food allergies, btw, only account for 10-15% of allergies in dogs. That said, even when a dog only has enviro/seasonal allergies, it can help those dogs to be on grain-free diets.
