I started giving Jax about 1/8 tsp every other day and then increased slowely to 1/4 tsp everyday. I add it to his evening meal. He weighs 7 1/2 lb. He had no stool issues doing it that way. I also melt some down on Saturdays and massage him with it and put a shirt on him, letting the oil sit on him prior to bathing. I have added it to his shampoo too. You just don't need to condition when it is added to the shampoo and have to rinse extra long. |
