I'm not sure the 1st shot, because Sugar was with breeder that time, but I remember the time I brought her for 2nd shot, Sugar cried out loud, and have "accident" in the vet office. After the shot she ate like normal, but she never wanted to sit down, or sleep.
When she was tired, she just rested her face on steel bar of her crate, and closed her eyes..."standing sleep", impressive huh? The 2nd day she acted OK, she was all fine on 3rd day
