Harley is 15 months old. I am home with him all day. Every since we have had him he has gone crazy when we leave him. We put him in our bathroom with his toys, food and bed. (the room is good size) Some how he knows when we are getting ready to leave. He starts shaking, cowering, and tries to hide from us. When we pick him up to put him in the bathroom he barks growls and bites at us the whole way to the bathroom because he knows what is happening.
What can we do to make this experience easier for him? I can't always take him everywhere I go. I have tried treating him before I put him in there and tried to assure him it was ok, but nothing helps. He acts like a Tasmanian devil!!!!
