I have used it..it worked great..it killed off Bella's fleas within 30 minutes. She had no adverse reactions, the only trouble was actually getting her to take the pill. we tried others before, external applications and they were very ineffective on Bella. We've since neglected to continue using the Comfortis but i'm planning on reading up on it some more before i make any final decisions.
