We pay our adult daughter $30 a day to watch the Yorkie. She does not want it, but we would be paying someone else anyhow. She does a great job.
I paid around $70 a day for my large Cane Corso, but he got the best of everything at the training favility that he has visited for the past 10 years. He got a Racer bed in his own bedroom of a house, two 15-30 minute walks a day, 1/2 hour training session, play time outside, and was used as a demo dog for new clinets to show how trained and gentle a large breed can be with socialization and training. I could have found a place at $25 a day, but he deserves the best.

I notice a lot of people use a service where a person comes to the house to feed and let out the dog, and then leaves, comes back in several hours, walks the dog, etc, but the Dog is mostly alone. My wife would never do that.
