But now that I am giving the VSL#3 and it is specifically for IBD issues, it starts to work asap. You can order online at there websit, but they only ship Monday to Wednesday. Or you can have your vet write a script and get it at CVS or if you look at the VSL site and see where else u cam locally buy it ( you don't need an RX if you order it online though) |
thanks but these probiotics have worked for years and i was using 4 capsules from 1/4 to 2/1 no diarrhea then went back to 2 capsules and when diarhea started yesterday went to 4 but when she gets stress colitis i have to soak food and calm the intestinal tract down. I knew i was in trouble when she vomitted her dinner up sunday night and woofed it back down that was a bad sign she was inflamed

she has not vomitted since but next morning yesterday she started the diarhea - she was shaking at vets i knew she was stressed and i made them clean the thermometer with alcohol in front of me to make sure before they put it in her butt and exam was real basic but I think it just upset her - she never ever had diarhea before 2/09 just upsets me - I went to work and will go check on her in an hour or so - so hopefully do not come home to a mess - she is acting fine drinking, eating no other issues - the probiotics are non-dairy and usually the dairy ones will set them off so fingers crossed as any changes can be a nightmare with her
