 It's ok to spay!
I was a nervous wreck getting ready to spay our darling yorkie. I went through all of the emotions that everyone talks about. My fear was losing her. But, the greater fear was not doing what was best for her. My hubby even got choked up and he NEVER cries!
I want to thank everyone for the great advice on spay protocols-very reassuring to go through those with my vet.
And, she did great! No problems, home the same day, re-checked the next day--a little "backed up", but otherwise great.
She is now back to tearing around. I wanted to share a great experience, to balance all of the emergency situations. Be brave and choose what is BEST for your baby! |
