Wow! that is such a big difference. I was looking at a website which tells you the dosage for a dog and it says .25-.5mg/pound every 24 hours. i figured the neuro is starting with the lowest dosage because bella is taking 1.25mg/day and that would make sense. I was thinking about asking the neuro to up the dosage but 10mg is alot since it should only be 2.5mg for a 5 lb dog. Here's the website
