Now that I know you alo a little better i'll share penny's story. I decided I wanted a new dog having had dogs my entire life my favorite dog growing up was a mutt terrier named Baby he was sooo smart. My family and I decided on a yorkie because I wanted a dog I could take with me places. I searched for months for a baby knowing that if I jumped into something ide regret it in the end...waiting sucks. I came across a lady in our local paper with a listing for yorkies no age no birthdate no picture no price I decided since she was close by I would go check it out. I pulled up to a quite house with a TINY old lady standing outside she had a very large GSD but puppys?? hmmm where are they. The lady said nothing and walked to a run down dirty pop up trailer ( the one where the sides pop out for more room ) reaching inside she pulled out the most beautiful baby ive ever seen in my life and boy did she stink. The lady pretty much tosses her at me says she 9 weeks old no mother and shes the last of the litter. Now ive never believed in love at first sight but when that baby reached her head up and settled her chin on my shoulder with a sigh so loud it sounded like a storm, that was it I was sold. I paid the 300 dollars the lady wanted grabbed my puppy and left as fast as I could and headed right to my vet well miracle upon miracle my 1.5 pound 9 week old stinky dirty baby girl was the picture of health( besides earmites ) vet said she even has better knees then most small breed dogs shes seen. Well here we are my baby is 12 weeks old tomorrow is 2.4-2.6 lbs and is the picture of health even ear mite free. I think God guided me to her that day to get her out of that situation and go to a home with someone who KNOWS HOW to take care of dogs and can offer her vet care. I look into the beautiful brown eyes of my girl and I KNOW that she knows I saved her and that love that I get from her everyday id worth ANY amount of money I might have to pay for her later. God didnt give her a gift that day he gave me my soul
