I don't know if I would call her a tomboy, but you are right...she's not a girly girl (that is Livi...DEFINITELY!!). I think that Iz was more of a tomboy when she was younger, though. She is honestly soooooooooo stinkin' bubbly and happy, happy, happy!!
She's a very smart fur kid but can, at times, come across as being flighty. She really isn't but she is so bubbly that she seems like it....if that makes sense. But it is funny that you pointed out that you think she looks this because I call her my purple girl and Livi my pink. I don't know why but I view purple as being less feminine than pink so I buy purple bows for her. I even call her my "purple urple girl".
I know, I sound crazy....but I think that I view her a little like you were describing.
Oh, and another nutty tidbit....I also think of yellow when I think of Iz. See, I told you...nutty.
