Heidi is amazing. I'm not sure how big her business is, but everyone who's dealt with her has had good things to say. At one point, I told her I thought the straps on the 2XS's I got for Eddie were too long. She invited me to drop by her house and she'd shorten them. Just great customer service. |
I took your advice and ordered the 2xs size boots with the 3xs straps. She was really sweet about making them like that after I mentioned your name. Hope that Eddie is feeling better so he can enjoy his boots too.
