I am so glad that you posted this bc I ordered them and she is the nicest lady to work with. I emailed her back and forth several times and she was so accomodating. The blue boots are adorable and I cannot believe that he actually wears them!! This after several boots last year which he would not leave on his feet for 20 seconds! We started out gradually...two boots on the carpet. I had him "come" and gave him treats. The next day we went on a walk with just two boots and he was adorable. He didn't even try to take them off. The following day it snowed a lot here and we put on all four boots and he was wonderful! They stayed on him until we went into some heavy deep snow and two came off his feet. It was my fault bc I didn't secure the straps tightly enough. I'm glad we listened to Heidi and got the bright blue boots bc we found them right away. We also ordered the black and white "paws" fleece that is quite warm and adorable. Thanks again for sharing the video of your adorable Jillie wearing the boots. I hope you can see the pics I uploaded.
