We are relaying experience..I have literally pulled out dozens in mine and others I have helped.
When you see the strings, the placenta is rarely attached in the uterus..it is somewhere in the canal and ready to be removed.
But for anyone unexperinced..please go to the vet...
Most experinced breeders can tell by feeling where it is and how much pressure to apply...
