Amanda, I am so glad you got this out. I understand completely what you are saying. Poor little Stewie is AKC reg. and totally precious, but definitely not the prettiest yorkie. (I love you Stewie!!) And just like the other day when we were looking and I fell in love with that puppy. Yes it was AKC, and from the breeder's website, YES it was a puppymill. I have gotten a puppy from you and I have spent time in your home, and I know that you absolutely adore your dogs and they are spoiled rotten. Like some of the others have said. First and foremost should be the breeder and the care they give, not what they register with. And I for one, KNOW you are a wonderful breeder.
