Hi...There are certain things here that I don't think are quite right...a lot is puppy behaviour but some isn't.. Can I ask..He hasn't had any fits at all has he? And has he had all his jabs? Pups do tend to hide a lot..mine does..but going into dark corners..doesn't sound too good to me..
Do get him Vet checked...See what they say first...keep a note of all what is happening to tell the Vet...everything will help..all little details etc.!
