If mama passed then is the BREEDERS RESPONSABILITY to see that this puppy is raised until 12 weeks of age, she has to feed him at least every 4 hours how are you going to do that if you are at work? you also need an x pen to keep him safe and secure.I am sorry the mom was lost but is imperative that your breeder steps to the plate and do what is needed for this baby. I start pad training as soon as my babies can climb out of the wehelping box by putting a pad right in front of the box usually my bitch pees on it and the puppies learn by watching her. if you take this puppy this early you NEED to feed him every 4 hours and make sure he pees and poop, toy breeds are VERY different that the big dogs.
