you won't like my answer either. At 6 weeks I don't even think they should be alone for that long. Too many things that can go wrong - they're very VERY tiny at this age. We don't know the circumstances but it's not fair to a very young puppy to be left alone when only 6 weeks old. Training is going to be the least of the problems that could come up when you aren't there
