Okay, i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I figured someone on here could help this little guy.
I was reading through ads on craigslist and found this one:
Special Needs Dog Needs Excellent Home.
It kills me that someone would treat a dog this way, it really does. If I could, I would love to put the first people that owned the dog through the pain and torture that he had to suffer!
I hope someone from the area sees this and can provide this little guy with a loving home.
