That means that you have found a FANTASTIC breeder who truly cares about the puppies she sends to new homes.
It sounds like you have found a puppy that comes from a good home and will love to spend the rest of their life as a lap dog in your home!
As stated before, breeding, especially with small breeds, is not something to be taken lightly. It would be in your best interest and that of your dog to get him fixed. Not only that but I bet it will save your furniture in your house with no marking
