It is very easy to get attached. Awhile back, I was trying to adopt a yorkie from my local shelter named Danny. I saw him on petfinder and fell in love with him. I went to go visit him like 3 times at the shelter. I held him for hours, I wanted him to be mine so badly. Well, he ended up being adopted to someone else!
I was so devastated.
Weeks later, the same shelter called me to let me know that they had yorkie puppies available, and that is how I got my new baby boy Marshall! So even though I was very disappointed about Danny, it ended up working out for us because I got a beautiful puppy named Marshall!
I guess this boy just wasn't meant to be..
