Do what works for you Seschna and good luck..

Rather than hand feed, you may want to try one tsp. at a time like moms do with their toddlers.. Small amts and count to ten in between each spoon full. Let him digest each spoonful before giving another. Yes, it takes time but IMO it sounds like it's what your pooch may need right now. Most Important: Make sure this dog stays hydrated. If he won't drink water on his own, Use eyedroppers to keep liquid in him. I did this many a time with mine. I'm happy he's playing a bit -- Yeah
