If he continues vomiting, I would switch to a completely home made diet which is what I had to do for Corki. Personally, I understand these commercial foods are what the Vet's recommend.. Read the Labels.. It's mostly preservatives and things dogs Do Not Need. It's Harmful to them. I dealt with many bouts of stomach/bowel problems with her until I started with the Homemade recipe and supplements.

Vets know health care. I'm sorry when it comes to nutrition, most of them DO NOT know what these dogs thrive on. You also may have to start him on carafate to settle his stomach.. BUT their Diet is what causes what you've explained.. Keep trying different foods geared towards this breed. I understand Royal Canine is the choice of many top yorki breeders.. Again, I prefer Homemade, Fresh Vegetables, meat, pumpkin, cottage cheese along with vitamin and mineral supplements. It worked for me. My dog thrived on it.. The receipe was given to me by a Holistic Vet.
the royal canine for yorkies is very high in protein

also chicken is not always good for dogs if this is ibd i would be cautious with chicken as chicken and beef are allergents and ibd dogs have food intolerances and many times it is similar to allergy dogs
